So far I've tried AirSet & 30 Boxes. AirSet seems more robust (can import my iCal calendars, cool), but 30 Boxes is MUCH better looking. Off to try Kiko and maybe HipCal...

HipCal pro: Can be color coded.Allows alert both email and SMS.Allows prioritizing and completion check box. Cons: Very slow.Can't invite friends or share personal calendar when create my events.

Cons: In personal calendar, can't invite friends when creating events. It’s a down side for setting up meetings. Left side tool bar is way too big and takes up too much space

Main draw back is with no color coding for different events, and no borders and wrappers, it makes it difficult to see individual events.

I look at it this way, what I am doing today in Outlook, can these web calendar deliver.The biggest drawback OutLook that sit on home computer and I can't access it anywhere.Thus web calendar comes in

A calendar doesn't only assess with personal time but also receive input from other schedule. So it's critical that a good calendar has features that allow recipients to react and response
