Integrates EXIF and XMP/IPTC viewing and editing into Windows Explorer. Incredible, free, and one of the very few non-Adobe programs to handle XMP correctly. Batch editting/tagging/renaming available, though missing a couple useful batch features.

A competant photo manager MUST have full support of EXIF, IPTC, and ideally XMP meta photo information.
