Best RSS notifiers or RSS reader notifiers 
Most of the current RSS readers have some notification mechanism to let us know about new articles in our feeds. Some of them are just nofiers and some of them are associated with RSS readers. Some of them inform only about the number of new feeds, the other show also the articles title (and summary). I haven't seen yet the notifier with buttons (e.g. MARK_AS_READ, READ_THIS_ARTICLE ...). I would say that good notifier is very important in reading RSS feeds.

Two notification machanisms. News balloons and news ticker. Many settings. Displays the articles headlines (not possibility for displaying headlines on mouse move). Many customizations. But not buttons in notifier.
