About the legality in the title, you're right, maybe it was a bit redundant.
It's not nice to judge others by what you would be able to do! I don't own any sites, so i've got no interest in promoting any of them. They could all be deleted for all i care!

Yep, this limitation sucks, and there should be a way to edit the list title and description.
I don´t think they're redundant, just more specific. You can put all the links from this list in ''free music sites'', but the opposite it's not true, the same to with the cc list.
For example, you also got "Essential Tips and Tricks for CSS" and "The Best Sites About CSS". People will vote and will decide what makes more sense to them!
